How Do We Know That Sacred Months Are Only Four
If the source of the Deen is only Quran and sunnah, how do I know that there are four sacred months and that those sacred months are Rajab, Zi-Qadah, Zil-Hijja and Moharam?

This is a matter of established history transmitted through ijma and tawatur i.e. something which is transmitted from masses of one generation to masses of next generation, and so on and so forth.

That means established history is one the sources of Deen in addition to Qur’an and sunnah?

It is not a source of Deen. These are established facts of history that exist irrespective of any religious association and are transmitted through ijma and tawatur.
