There’s no such obligatory dua. However, we find many duas mentioned both in Quran and Ahadith corpus, one can choose any such Dua or one can offer a dua on his own as long as the wordings are relevant and pure.

There is no specific dua obligatory to say / recite after sinning.
Islam doesn’t teach lip service in any sphere of life. Feeling guilty and sincere repentance is required with the faith that Allah is most merciful and forgiving and He forgive all sins.
