Age Of Ayesha (R.a) At The Time Of Marriage.

Here I am very much confused whether to believe this or not.
It is generally believed that Ayesha(ra) was married to rasool allah at the age of 6. The marriage was consummated three years later . The reason for this was they were waiting for Ayesha(ra) to hit her puberty. And according to Science, One can hit puberty at the age of 9. So If this is the case then one of questions which is raised by ghamidi sahab is solved. I mean it’s possible for one to have intercourse once he or she hit puberty but from here another question rises that is why rasool allah waited for three years when it was the sudden need for him to marry to full fill all of his needs. For a moment If we believe he waited three years but still it’s not possible for a 9 year old girl to manage the household affairs and to look after the kids of rasoolallah when she herself was a kid.
Some researchers say she was 19 or 20 year old.
some researchers say she was married at the age of 6 or 9 but she remain virgin and rasool allah maintained a spiritual relationship with her.
Non-muslims and atheist often raise this question.
