اللہ نے سورہ النور میں یہ بتایا ہے کہ سزا کے بعد زانی مرد اور زانی عورتیں کسی پاکدامن سے نکاح نہیں کر سکتے۔ اب اگر ایک شادی شدہ مرد زنا کرے اور جرم ثابت ہو جائے اور اس کو کوڑوں کی سزا دی جائے اس کے بعد اس کے نکاح کا کیا ہوگا؟ اس کی پہلی بیوی پاکدامن ہے کیا وہ نکاح باطل ہو جائے گا؟

This is the logical corollary of this directive that a fornicator’s previous Nikah with a pious woman would be invalidated by the state.
As per Quran, after punishment of flogging has been instituted by the state, no chaste man or woman should marry men and women who commit fornication. Such people can only marry among their own sort or among the idolaters. It does not allow the marriage of a pious woman with a man guilty of committing fornication nor does it permit a pious man to bring home such a woman in his house. Consequently, every such marriage is not considered legal in Islam. This directive pertains only to the fornicators (both male and female) who have become liable to punishment once their crime has been proven.

Is it possible to ask it from Ghamidi sahib as its bit confusing.
If we state invalidate the nikkah then the wife is also sharing the punishment.
