Sir as you know after partition first female judge is elevated to Supreme Court Of Pakistan. Kindly elaborate on the discussion as to the status whether women can be judges in an Islamic State? What does Quran and Sunnah tells about that? What does Fiqh tells us about that? If not what will be the status of their decisions?

There’s nothing in the religion of God prohibiting a person of any gender from taking on any job that they have the capability to perform. The following thread is about women as heads of state, and as you can see even that prohibition is based on a misconception.
