Rent Income From Gas Station That Conducts Immoral Business
Can someone buy real estate (gas station) and rent it out to a non-muslim tenant else who decides to sell alcohol and might also sell pork products. The actual owner is only getting monthly rent for the building (and not any direct income from alcohol or pork sales). Owner knows that gas station sells alcohol and might be selling pork products and lottery tickets too.
Would it be permissible to own such a property for rental income?

In principle the owner is not responsible for every item sold in a business which is actually lawful in Islam. It is like in an Islamic state Non Muslims are allowed to sell alcohol to Non Muslims.
