    Assalamualaikum

Ghamidi sahab says that even when a government established in an illegal way like a person in power and becomes dictator so you will accept the constitution and will not go against that. Now this thing Ghamidi sahab also accepts that any national law in which something haram is said to do will not be accepted. For example in a dictatorship, dictator says that everyone will drink one glass alcohol per day(constitutionally),and we don’t do it and we make groups to try to change it would that be ok. Because we are challenging the system.

Ghamidi sahib means to rebel and to refuse to accept the existing govt is not allowed. As far as sinful and unethical order of the authority are concerned a Muslim is not supposed to obey such an order even from a legitimate govt even he has to disobey his parents too in this regard
