    Assalamualaikum

If a person is fasting(extra in other days than Ramadan)and if because of some reason he breaks it,so does he need to do qada(fast again another day).

Because those who says that it is obligatory to fast an other day they take these as their evidences:

    Al-Quran

    Surah No. 47 – Ayah No. 33

    Translation:

O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and do not invalidate your deeds.

    And Hadith:

On the authority of Aisha, she said: “Hafs and I were fasting on both occasions, so he gave us food, so we broke the fast, so the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Fast in his place another day.” Narrated by Ibn Hibban in Sahihah

It’s not obligatory to make up for missed nafl fasts. If you read the verse of the Quran that you referenced in it’s context, you’ll have a better understanding of the the matter under discussion in that verse.

    And Hadith?

Hadith narrations without valid references can’t be verified. Also independently, narrations do not serve as the basis for any legislation.

But they do explain and clarify Quran,so maybe this Hadith is the explaination of that verse of Quran mentioned above?

But here it didn’t clarify if he fasted again for it another day, while in the above Hadith i mentioned (not sure if that is sahih) he said to them both to fast another day?

If it was a Nafal Fast based on Nazar, then there will be qaza for that, but in case of simple Nafal Ibadah, whether they be fasting or Aitekaf (seclusion), there is no Qaza for them unless one wants to do it out of their freewill.

First Hadith that you quoted above was a simple advice by the Prophet (sws), it was not a religious injunction.
