    Assalamualaikum

First what’s the definition of believer(Mumin)?

And secondly will non-believer enter paradise because

    Translation:

Abu Hurairah (RA) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ (may peace and blessing be upon him) observed: You shall not enter Paradise so long as you do not affirm belief (in all those things which are the articles of faith) and you will not believe as long as you do not love one another. Should I not direct you to a thing which, if you do, will foster love amongst you: (i. e.) give currency to (the practice of paying salutation to one another by saying) as-salamu alaikum.

A believer is the one who believes in

but loyalty is the loyalty of those who believe in God with all their heart and in the Last Day and in the angels of God and in His Books and in His prophets (2:177)

A believer can go to paradise when he performs good deeds which are the requirement of the faith.

[It is evident from this that the law of reward and punishment is absolutely unbiased. Therefore,][160] those who have professed faith [in the unlettered Prophet] and those [before them] who became Jews and those who are called Naṣārā, and Sabaeans – whoever among them have believed in God and in the Last Day and have done righteous deeds – for them their reward lies with their Lord and [in His gracious presence] they shall have nothing to fear nor shall they ever grieve. (2:62)

Any violation to any article of faith and any action which negates faith like murder or violating the bounds of God (حدود اللہ) deliberately, in short, one go rebellious after attaining to faith, disqualify him or her to enter paradise.

A believer whether he is a Muslim believer or a non-Muslims believer in other faith will be dealt on the same grounds. They are required to believe in what they believe consciously, and do the good deeds according to their conscience. Their test is to surrender themselves to truth whenever it appears before them and they get convinces that this is truth. if a truth like Islam never comes to them or they could fail to be convinced with complete sincerity (although it usually does not happen) and they believe with sincerity what they believe is true after they have exerted to know the truth, they are eligible to go to heaven. See Surah Maida verses 116-120.
