This hadith seems to be used by non Muslims against Islam. What does it mean? Is this allowed?

These may not be the exact words of prophet SAW. There are lots of changes that happen to narrations as it gets transmitted from one person to another.

But the question is then does drinking the milk of a woman make someone haraam from someone else? If this a ruling why is it not mentioned anywhere (to my knowledge)? Because the person that drank the milk was not a child

The traditional narrative suggests it was one time exception for Salim (adult) only w/ some sort of cup over 4 or 5 days. It is also suggested all wives of the Prophet (AS) except Ayesha (RA) considered it to be an exception made for Salim.
I haven’t researched this topic much. The videos posted above deal with a similar yet different issue (not adult).

Alhamdullilah the video Umer bhai Sekt talks about it being an exception as they adopted the son before the ayah of surah Ahzaab so this was to be taken as an exception to the rule
