Assalamualaikum
If a 10 or 12 years old child comes to read Quran so there are few things for which his mind is not fully developed yet like sexual etiquettes and so on?So what to do in that case?

When children read and hear such things they start developing vague understanding in them of such matters which help them in the next stage when they become aware of it. So let them have it and if they as question, provide them some appropriate answers and also tell that they will know it fully when they grow up.
