How many lives we have? From my understanding we had one life before coming to this world in alam e arwah. Second is this life on earth. Third in barzaqh. Fourth in janat or jahanam. Any clarifications by Ghamidi sahib,

Our nafs has been created as immortal and in that sense we have only one life. We existed before being sent to this earth for a test, and shall continue to exist even afterwards. Death is not the end of our lives, but in fact just a transition into a different phase.
