القرآن – سورۃ نمبر 32 السجدة
آیت نمبر 7
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
الَّذِىۡۤ اَحۡسَنَ كُلَّ شَىۡءٍ خَلَقَهٗ وَبَدَاَ خَلۡقَ الۡاِنۡسَانِ مِنۡ طِيۡنٍۚ ۞
ترجمہ:
جس نے جو چیز بھی بنائی ہے خوب ہی بنائی ہے ! اس نے انسان کی خلقت کا آغاز مٹی سے کیا۔
Al-Quran
Surah No. 32 – Ayah No. 7
Translation:
Who gave everything He created the best form. He began the creation of man from clay;
The verse which is usually put forward as human was made from clay of this earth. But where is it clarified that it was the clay of ‘this earth’ and on this planet?

ہ پہلے مرحلے کا بیان ہے، جب انسان کا حیوانی وجود تخلیق ہوا۔ اِس کے لیے وہی طریقہ اختیار کیا گیا جو انسان کی پیدایش کے لیے اب اختیار کیا جاتا ہے، اِس فرق کے ساتھ کہ اب جو عمل ماں کے پیٹ میں ہوتا ہے، اُس وقت زمین کے پیٹ میں ہوا۔ چنانچہ مٹی کے وہی اجزا جو غذا کی صورت میں ہمارے اندر جاتے اور حقیر پانی کے خلاصے میں تبدیل ہو کر اُس عمل کی ابتدا کرتے ہیں جس سے انسان بنتے ہیں، اُس وقت سڑے ہوئے گارے کے اندر اِسی عمل سے گزرے۔ یہاں تک کہ جب خلقت پوری ہوگئی تو اوپر سے وہی گارا انڈے کے خول کی طرح خشک ہو گیا جس کے ٹوٹنے سے جیتی جاگتی ایک مخلوق نمودار ہوئی جسے انسان کا حیوانی وجود کہنا چاہیے۔ اِس سے قیاس کیا جا سکتا ہے کہ دوسری تمام مخلوقات بھی پہلی مرتبہ اِسی طریقے سے وجود میں آئیں
Since creation of being started on this planet, hence it is this earth not some where else.

Still didn’t understand, like how did he get to this point that creation started on this earth – here other story can also fit that God collected soil from different parts of the world and probably created Adam there up –
And secondly another thing, how did he come to this point of that soil became egg shaped and dried ….?

Since there is no mention that the soil in which Adam was created came from some other planets or place other than the earth, so our mind considers it of this earth. if Allah wanted us to know that it was not from this earth, He should have mentioned it so save our understanding which naturally goes for this earth.
Earth usually wraps up seeds and other things to let them nourish and develop in it. this is the physical property of the soil. The details Ghamidi sahib mentioned describe this physical properties of the soil. Moreover, there is an analogy of egg there. it might have been done somewhat differently, but usually such thing happens this way.

Following are the verses of Quran from which this point, as concluded by Ghamidi Sahab can be understood clearly:
الَّذِیْ أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ الْإِنْسَانِ مِنْ طِيْنٍ. ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُ مِنْ سُلَالَةٍ مِّنْ مَّآءٍ مَّهِيْنٍ. ثُمَّ سَوَّاهُ وَنَفَخَ فِيْهِ مِنْ رُّوحِهِ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ قَلِيْلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُوْنَ.
[It is He] Who has excelled in the creation of everything. He began creating a human being from clay; then carried on his progeny from an insignificant fluid; then perfected it and blew into it from His spirit and for you made ears [for hearing], eyes [for seeing] and hearts [for understanding]– seldom are you grateful. (Quran 32:7-9)

فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَهُمْ أَشَدُّ خَلْقًا أَم مَّنْ خَلَقْنَا إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُم مِّن طِينٍ لَّازِبٍ. بَلْ عَجِبْتَ وَيَسْخَرُونَ. وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُوا لَا يَذْكُرُونَ. وَإِذَا رَأَوْا آيَةً يَسْتَسْخِرُونَ. وَقَالُوا إِنْ هَذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ. أَئِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَامًا أَئِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ. أَوَآبَاؤُنَا الْأَوَّلُونَ.
Now ask them: “Is it more difficult to create them or those whom We have created [before them]?” In reality, We had created them from sticking clay. No, this is not the slightest difficult; in fact, you wonder [that why do they not believe in such a clear fact] and are making fun [regarding the kind of things you believe in.] And when they are reminded, they do not pay heed and when they see a sign, they make fun of it and say: “Nothing! This is only plain magic; what! when we die and become clay and bones, will we be raised again? And our earlier forefathers too?” (Quran 37:11-17)

وَ لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا الۡاِنۡسَانَ مِنۡ سُلٰلَۃٍ مِّنۡ طِیۡنٍ
[If those who deny you do not believe in this, then they should see]: “We had created a human being from the essence of clay. (Quran 23:12)

Important Note:
The original word, translated here as ‘essence’, is ‘سُلاَلَة‘; it refers to a thing obtained from basic components of something and this word cannot be used for creating something from clay by hand.

He created man from clay which rings like its dry pieces (Quran 55:14)

[These are the people who have been lured by Iblis. Remind them that] We created human beings with a stinking mud that rings (Quran 15:26)

وَإِلَى ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَالِحًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوْا اللّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِّنْ إِلَـهٍ غَيْرُهُ هُوَ أَنْشَأَكُمْ مِّنَ الْأَرْضِ وَاسْتَعْمَرَكُمْ فِيْهَا فَاسْتَغْفِرُوْهُ ثُمَّ تُوْبُوْا إِلَيْهِ إِنَّ رَبِّیْ قَرِيْبٌ مُّجِيْبٌ
In a similar way, to the Thamud We sent their brother Salih as a messenger. He invited them: “O People of My Nation! Worship God, there is for you no God except Him. He has created you from the earth and made you populate it. For this reason, seek forgiveness from Him; then turn to Him. My Lord is near and also one who accepts [the supplications of His people].(Quran 11:61)

and it is He Who has grown you from the earth in such an elaborate way. (Quran 71:17)
