    Assalam-o-Alaikum

    Sir i have to ask that if wife claim for husband and doesnot appear in court and finaly court made decision that khula is happened. Then what is the rule of shariat, is khula happned or not?

    Sharia rule is not any different. If the court has granted the divorce then it has become effective.

    Indeed husband appear or not thats does not matter?

    If happened and no body have contacted then how can we demand our luggage and return theirs?

    Yes, even if the husband doesn’t appear in the court. In a khula the demand for dissolution of the marriage is initiated by the wife. This is the only material difference between a khula and a regular divorce. Procedurally everything else remains the same.
