My father’s eye sight degenerated over a period and now he has no vision. There are devices available in US where is some cases very low level of vision is restored. These devices are expensive and available in US whereas my father is in Pakistan. I am not even sure if he can benefit from it yet I would like to try. My question is can use my annual Zakat money for purchasing such a device. My father has no health insurance
