Allah has made woman very beautiful. Is it a test of men or is it something else? Please guide

Both the genders feel the same for each other. The attraction between them is a test of course and also to help them make pair with each other to run the genealogy of human beings.

Are there regular Qur’anic verses about this or is it human thinking?

وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوْا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً إِنَّ فِیْ ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُوْنَ.
And from among His signs is also that He has made your pairs from your own species so that you can receive comfort from them and has created love and affection between you. There certainly are great signs in this for those who reflect. (Quran 30:21)
نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنفُسِكُمْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّكُم مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
These women of yours are your cultivated land; go, then, into your lands in any manner you please [and through this] plan for the future [of both this and the next world] and remain fearful to God. And bear in mind that you shall necessarily meet Him [one day]. And [O Prophet!] Give good tidings [of success and salvation] to the believers [on that Day]. (Quran 2:223)

Such expression in Quran are cultural expression where it seems not appropriate to expose women and their nature. Such things are referred with respect to men. For example Quran never mentions that wife makes love with husbands. But always says it the other way round that when you men touch your women etc.
Such things are not debatable. Both genders have the same feelings for each other. However women chose to adorn themselves more than men. This makes them more attractive.
