Hadith Giving Independent Injunction Like Reciting Fatiha Behind Imam
Assalamualaikum
In Ghamidi sahab’s definition, Ahadith doesn’t add or minus something from Deen but just explain that. But there are somethings on which we get some hukm (opinion or how Prophet SAW did it) only from Ahadith and these things seems to be such important. Like would one read Fatiha behind Imam or not etc.

Reading and/or not reading Fatiha behind imam is not something explicitly stated even in Hadith Corpus, every such hadith is prone to two different interpretations, or one hadith on one topic can be considered as overriding another contradictory hadith on the same topic. The right thing to say in this matter is that Prophet didn’t explicitly state any such thing and it has been left to the individual to decide for himself. Sunnah prescribed in this matter is recitation of Fateha by Imam and Qirat afterward by Imam in jehri Salah.

Yes that is ok. But the whole discussion is independently based on Ahadith, in this regard Ghamidi sahab also is not giving don’t evidence from independent sources(Quran and Sunnah)(as he usually doesn’t do this). But the point is, the discussion is independently starting from dependent source i.e Hadith even in Ghamidi sahab’s discourse?

Sorry, i did miswrite, but usually what Ghamidi sahab does, he put forward the frame of Quran or Sunnah and based on that understand Hadith and then give opinion. But in this opinion, it seems that his opinion is also solely based on dependent source(Ahadith)?

Can you quote any example? because the above example of Salah is not valid to support your point.

Like anything, in veil/hijab series, he put forward four corners from Quran and then any Hadith which came he put in the frame of Quran. But here, his opinion is solely based on narrated Ahadith?

His opinion about any hadith narrations is solely based upon hadith narrations and it is from the application standpoint. Otherwise the religion of God is complete within the Quran and the Sunnah as independent sources of religion.
The concept can perhaps be be best understood with an example. Once we know the law of gravitation, then if someone tells us about an apple falling from a tree, we can explain it according to the law instead of coining a new law that whenever an apple ripens it must fall down to the ground.
