What is the stance of Ghamidi sahab regarding reading Fatiha (doing Qirat) behind Imam in Salat(prayer) and evidences for that?

In this discussion, concerning reading Quran in last two rakaat, individually ok and one ‘should’ read according to Ghamidi sahab,but behind Imam. Only Fatiha or have to add Quran also’behind Imam in Jamaat’?

Behind Imam, when Imam is reciting loudly, then only listening to Fateha and part of Quran afterward will suffice.
In case Imam is silent, one should recite both Fateha and a part of Quran afterward. If one opts to recite Fateha only, that is fine too.

But allowing to add Surah with Fatha while Imam is silent, doesn’t it affect like (if i am right) Imam is pointed as a delegation ( wafd) like Fatiha only sounds ok(logically) because Imam is also reading that but allowing to add Surah also and Imam maybe is reading something else?

Listening and reading of Quran are the same thing, but in silent rakahs, sicne one is not listening to Quran, therefore, one has to read it.
