@faisalharoon (53:39) “and that man shall have nothing but what he has striven for” Can this verse be seen as the principle of this temporary world established by Allah Almighty? For example, a person gets what he strives for. If an athlete jogs, he will become an athlete, and if a person plays cricket, he will become a cricketer.

    Kindly share your thoughts.

When you read the verses from 38 to 42 then it becomes clear that these verses are not about this world:

This world is indeed working on the principle of cause and effect for the most part and divine intervention happens at times, subject to the overall scheme of Tests and Trials and Wisdom of Allah.
