I became to know a woman can give public dawah.
What about other thing like teaching physics/chemistry/maths in school/college. Or giving speech on some educational seminars (not religious). Or giving a power point presentation in office. etc…

Need to know the principle stance of religion regarding the manners interaction between men and women. And they are given in Suran Noor 24:30-31.
It states that both should take care of their gaze and private parts. And if women have adorned themselves they need to cover up their adornment except for what is usually stays uncovered. Keeping in view these instructions woman can do whatever is required.

What is opinion about that only lust ful gaze need to be lowered. Otherwise we need to look a little while talking or listening to someone.

Quran used the word Guard you gaze, not lower You gaze. We can look at the opposite gender with a modest and gentle man/ woman look.

Sir, is there any condition for uploading pic for work purposes. I uploaded my pic in company website and everyone need to.
I saw many Muslim women scholars uploading their pic in several platforms.
Is it allowed to upload or share pic for permissible things like job, education, exam etc…

We need prohibitive statement to consider something prohibited, not the other way round, that we need permission for every thing permissible. It means that everything is permissible unless something is prohibited. Islam concerns about ethics. When there is nothing unethical one can share his or her photo.

Sir,
One scholar in Pakistan gave his opinion.
One man asked about her daughter wish to go for a college vacation.
All students/staff are women. The scholar said but bus driver will be man. Then someone will take pic and blackmail her. You can take your daughter if you want.
If safety is the issue then it will be enough safe among a large group of girls.
These discrimination create a big pain for girls.
Do you think a girl can go for a vacation among many girls if travel is overall safe. And we are not imagining over problem?

This is what a girl and her circumstances decide not a scholar. Women are allowed to go out and participate in activities keeping the decorum mentioned above.
