  Khula Process Query

  Assalamoalaikum,

  Is the Khula process the same as “Talaq” process? (I mean when woman requests for Talaq)

  Talaq process is , give 1 Talaq with 3 months idaat, then second Talaq with 3 months idaat and then third Talaq. Obviously, assumption is that wife / husband have returned into relationship after 1st and 2nd Talaq.

  Is khula happens on same principle?

  Can someone please share an explanation of Ustaaz Javaid Sb in a clip if possible.
