Mispronouncing Obligatory Surahs In Salah
I’ve realised that I used to slightly mispronounce certain words in surahs which comes under the obligatory parts of salah for eg: a surah after surah fatiha, so did my prayers get nullify because of that and what should be done in this case?

I think if you did in past unintentionally then Allah is Raheem, inshallah he will accept your ibadat. Ask for his forgiveness. Now when you realize about your mistakes, then try to fix them inshallah . Prophet Muhammad SAW told to do istighfar right after finishing Salah. To ask forgiveness of any mistakes during Salah, intentional or unintentional.

ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ عَمِلُوا۟ ٱلسُّوٓءَ بِجَهَـٰلَةٍۢ ثُمَّ تَابُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوٓا۟ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهَا لَغَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌ ١١٩
Then, indeed your Lord, to those who have done wrong out of ignorance and then repent after that and correct themselves – indeed, your Lord, thereafter, is Forgiving and Merciful.
