Reciting Quran After Fateha In Third And Fourth Rakats
In namaz, do we have to recite verses of Qur’an after Sura fateha for all the four or three rakaat or just in the first two rakaat?

According to Hanafi Jurisprudence…
Fateha is to be Recited in every Rakat of Namaz be it 1 ,2,3 or 4.
But Tilawat i e Reciting Quran apart from Fateha is Mandatory in first Two Rakaats of Farz namaaz
Where as in 3rd and 4th rakaat only Fateha required.
Now as far Sunnat Namaaz is concerned
You need to recite Fateha and Quran in All the Rakaats.
And in 3rd Rakat of Witr you need to Read both Fateha and Quran and after Takbeer Dua e Qunoot .

Since last two rakahs (in case of four) and last one rakah (in case of three) are recited silently, therefore, every narration we find regarding these rakahs are based on a guess of narrator, and nothing explicit has been said by the Prophet Muhammad (sws) Himself. However, based on established Sunnah of loud Qirat of first two rakahs in congregational Salah, there is no valid reason to ignore recitation of Quran in the last rakahs of the Salah. But if someone chooses to opt not to recite Quran after Fateha, that is fine as well.
