Aoa. My question is regarding the inheritance of property of an issueless man. His parents have died, he never married, all his siblings have died. His predeceased brother has 2 sons and 1 daughter. According to Sunni law, will his niece inherit his property along with his nephews?

Yes, his nephews and niece will inherit from him. they will get the share of their father. Children come in the place of their deceased parents.
