Salam,
1. Is ruling of sea water and river water same in Islam. Eg crab, prawn come from river or pond is also halal?
2. What is the ruling of animal, bird or fish feed on haram food. We have farm. We don’t know what food farm fish eat. May be haram does that make them haram for us..

Ruling for aquatic animals is same no matter they are in river or sea. It is the beast which are haram. sea animals like shark would be haram, the rest is halal, except for what human nature does not feel like to eat.
Birds do eat haram or filthy things but these things lose essence and become the flesh of animals. They are now in new form. so if animal or bird is halal, it will stay halal.
