    ASSALAMUALAIKUM

Those who say that establishing an Islamic state is themain purpose of Islam, they say that Quran says:

    Al-Quran

    Surah No. 4 – Ayah No. 105

    Translation:

(O Messenger!) We have revealed to you this Book with the Truth so that you may judge between people in accordance with what Allah has shown you. So do not dispute on behalf of the dishonest,

So as for praying Salaat one must need to have ablution, in the same way for judging in accordance with what Allah has shown you, you must need to have a state? Without ablution no Salaat, without state no judgement with the laws of Allah?

But what about the thing for example that as for praying Salaat one must need to have ablution, in the same way for judging in accordance with what Allah has shown you, you must need to have a state? Without ablution no Salaat, without state no judgement with the laws of Allah?

It is not an order to form a State, therefore, in order to extract such an order from Quran, an explicit directive needs to be present in Quran.

Secondly, this directive is Given after state had already been formed in Medina.

Lastly, this directive has nothig to do with state, this is merely pointing to that fact that Prophet (SWS) should be careful and cognizant of the behaviour of Hypocrites in ligtht with guidance available in Quran in his capacity as a Prophet (SWS).

In order to something to become religion it should be endorsed by Quran or Sunnah.

One can establish a state based on own conjecture but it cannot be part of religious obligation.
