Queries Regarding Appointment Of Witness
I have a friend whose name is zaid noorani and he is suffering from depression.. Whenever he sees 2 male muslim he runs away from them and also stays alone all the time. Somebody said to him that if he says a single word of seperation in front of 2 male then he has to seperate from his wife umrine.. Hence he stays alone in depression all the time and does not talk to anyone.. He whenever he sees 2 male muslim that word comes to his mind again and again and he says that if by mistake he says that word while talking to them then he has to seperate from. His wife named umrine.
So the question arises that
1.)can witness be any (accidential) stranger random person which accidently appears from anywhere in front of you and you don’t even know them?
2.) Can anyone be witness without appointment ?
3.) Does witness should know that he has been made witness? Or without him. Having knowledge that he has been made witness without consulting him or taking his permission
4.) Is any process of making or appointing witness? Means asking them to become witness or taking their permission for witnessing (as they can even deny or not agree to become witness) or they should agree to be witness ( as without asking or permission they themself don’t know that they are witness which has to testify) ..
Please give a video reference of Ghamdi saahab for these queries that will solve the doubts of my friend Zaid noorani.

For a divorce to happen, it needs to be done with a conscious state of mind and with complete intention. Any such thing done so unintentionally in front of some people does not constitute a divorce especially when it is know that the person clearly has some mental health issues. You should advice your friend to see a mental health specialist, as this is the only honest advice you can give to him at this moment. This seems more like an issue related to mental health of your friend than issue of Divorce.

Zaid is already seeing a psycatrist for his treatment, But can you please get the answers for these questions so that zaid can come to know the Answers and thus it will be helpful for him in solving his doubts

5.)What does the sentence mean from surah 65 (2nd Verse) – ” 2 just men from among you” ?

7.)If zaid by mistakely utters the word in such a volume that only he can hear or he is not sure whether the other person has heard his zaid’s voice then he ( zaid) has to seperate from his wife umrine or not?
8.)What does testify means in surah 65 – for example if zaid says the word by mistake and he don’t know whether that word from zaid was heard by other person then other person has to testify at same moment so that zaid can come to know whether the other person heard word from zaid’s mouth or not.. If other person hears it from zaid’s mouth then only zaid will seperate from umrine.. Hence zaid umrine seperarion happens when another person testifies and not when zaid said those words.
9.)Making of hakkam is the first step, so if Zaid does not follow that step or misses ( as there is no intention of Zaid) then will zaid’s seperation from umrine takes place ?
