  Purpose Of Sacrificing On Eid Al Adha

  Is it right that the animal sacrification we do on Eid al Adha, it is in the memory of Hazrat Ibrahim AS sacrificing his son Ismael AS?

  Or is it because of that people sacrifice on Hajj and here in other countries we sacrifice to be with them?
