Hifz-e-Furuj Application On Neck And The Area Below It
Is it okay if for a woman to wear a shirt with sleeves that properly covers the chest area but exposes the neck and the area that’s between the neck and the chest since any shirt will have a neckline and will expose these areas and this is how woman normally dress in my culture ,or does it not fulfill the objective of hifz e furooj ?
