Aik cheez asooli baat hai aur aik itlaaqi baat.
Quran main Asool hai aur Hadith main itlaq. Ab agar koe italq ko daikh kar asool nikalay toh poora andesha hai kai asool ghalat bh nikalay jaa saktay hain.
Laikin agar Quran kai bataye gaye asool ko daikh kar itlaq ko samjha jaye toh phir masla nhi hota.
Quran nai Asool bataya Jizya aur Qatal ka kai Mushriqeen Qatal hon gai aur Ahl-e-Kitab Jizya dain hai. Yai hai Itmam-e-hujjat kai tehat Akhri Azab ka asool.
Doosra Asool hai aam jangon ka, jin main abhi itmam-e-hujjat ka akhri azab nazil nhi hua. Woh asool hai kai agar jangi qaidi ko chornay ka faisla karliya jaye toh ya toh woh fidya dai kar chor diya jayne ya phir ehsan kai tor pai. Tab tak unhain jangi qaida rakha jaye ga, ghulam nhi banaya jayega. Naye Ghulam nhi banaye jain gai, laikin jo pehlay sai ghulam hain, unko ghulam hi samjha jayega jab tak woh muqatbat na kar lain ya phir unkai malik unhain riha na kar dain.
Ab agar itlaq main Ahdith ko daikha jaye toh us main yai sb hota nazar aata hai: Qatal, Jizya, Fidya, Ghulami, Riha karna etc.
Is sai koe bh shaks agar asool nikalay ga toh wohi nikalay ga jo hafiz ibn-e-hijr nai nikala. Laikin agar Quran sai laikar chala jaye toh har cheez kai itlaq ko uskai apnay mehal main samjha jaa sakta hai. Doosra un ulema kai nazdeek Surah Muhammad waali ayat aik doosri ayat sai mansukh hogae hai jis main mushroqon ki qatal karnay ka hukam hai (qanoon e itmam-e-hujjat kai akhri azab kai tehat).
Jahan tak tarikhi rawayat ka talluq hai, un main Hazoor (sws) ka uswa bilkul Surah Muhamamd ki ayat kai mutabiq hai. Tafseel kai liya daikhain:
