This Prayer by Prophet Jesus (sws) is mentioned in Quran 5:118
إِن تُعَذِّبْهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ وَإِن تَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ فَإِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
“If You punish them, they are your servants, and if You forgive them, You only are Mighty and very Wise“, (Quran 5:118).
