QQuran ko tartil se padhna chahiye, mean quran me quanun ki baate he, Allah ki hamd he, jannat & jahannum ka bayan, bani israil ki history aesi bohot se baate he, isko tartil se padhana mean like sed song, like different type song, mean isko kese samje?

It is about recitation of Quran and its reading. Tartil means to read or recite the Quran in a slow and pleasant manner, the way good reciters of Quran read it like Qari Abdul Basit, Al Fasy, Shuraim etc.

MMean surah fateha me aakhri ward he valad-ddalin padhte he, to jab qari sahab bademad ko 5 times long karke padta he to usme wo gumrahi ka meaning arbiyat ki ruh se ada ho jata he, mean 5time long bade mad ko long karke padhna koi melody type nahi, balke zahalt par mabani koi topic ho to arbiyat ki ruh se aese hi padha jayega??

Melody is something else. Rhythm is melody. We need not to over emphasised how long a word should be said or uttered. We should read the way normally Quran is read.
