    I’m not sure what you mean by random masses moving around arbitrarily. If we even allow random automobiles to move around haphazardly on roads, it causes traffic jams and accidents.

    In the cosmos, every planet, every star, every galaxy, and every other celestial body is bound by the laws of nature, including the laws of motion. Laws neither create themselves nor come into existence without a lawgiver. All natural laws work in harmony and towards some purpose.

    As Newton wrote in an appendix to the second edition of his Principia:

    This most elegant system of the sun, planets, and comets could not have arisen without the design and dominion of an intelligent and powerful being.

    It is also to be understood that the design argument is not only restricted to the motion of celestial bodies. Even at the atomic and subatomic level, matter and energy function according to the laws of God that we discover and use in natural sciences such as Physics and Chemistry.
