Bribing When No Other Option Is Left Due To Administrative Corruption
Hypothetically:
If someone has to do something entirely legal and authentic but the Govt. administration is corrupt and demands bribe at all costs, what should the person do? And it is of utmost importance to the person that the thing is done, he can’t afford without it.
Wouldn’t this be the same case as of the one who is giving Sood?
Since both are ‘majboor’ due to their needs?
