  Juma Salah In A Non-muslim Majority Country

  What is Ghamidi sahib’s opinion on establishing the Jummah prayer in a non-Muslim country (e.g., USA), and what would be the reasons of doing so according to Quran and Sunnah? Ghamidi sahib has mentioned that even in Muslim countries, it is only the responsibility of the state to establish the Jummah prayer with the political/administrative leader or their representative to lead the prayer (all schools of thought imams agree).
