Can We Take Work From A Person Whom We Give Charity?
Assalamualaikum,
I hope Ghamidi Sb and team doing well.
Question: Can we take work from a person whom we give charity?
Explaination: I make a deal with Allah that from my work earnings (profit), I will share 5% in his way or do charity. Can i ask help from the person to do my work whom i am giving this charity. Suppose i am hiring a labor and giving this charity but not the wages or i pay partial charity partial wages and my intention is to help him with more money than he deserve as wage.
Please Explain.

Wages are not charity. However, if your increase his wages considering a part of it a hidden charity, that is fine.

Is that mean we can not ask him to to do work if we are only giving charity?
