Mosques were built in the place of some destroyed Zoroastrian temples, and many Persian libraries were burned” my question is why zoroastrian buliding ,libraries ,temple were distroyed by caliph as i know its rule about arab pensula that there can,t be two relgion there .?

If you read hole thing, it say that Rashidun caliphate are wrongly accused of such destruction. also Hazrat Umer has always been blamed for burning of libraries of alexandria etc with this famous quote mentioned in the link u provided. but scholar have debunked it and concluded this is also a wrong accusation. -
لا يجتمع دينان applies to Arabian Peninsula only and Roman & Persian Empires do not fall in Arabian Peninsula. As far as Sahaba are concerned, they never applied لا يجتمع دينان command to regions outside of Arabian Peninsula. Infact, historical evidence states otherwise.
