Taking Bank Loan On Gold To Avoid Interest (riba)
Can we take loan on gold from bank in need of urgency? They are providing loan on daily interest rates. Is this related to soud( ثود)?
We will be purchasing a car from than loan if it’s allowed in islam, earn from that car and return loan back within 2-3 months eventually receiving our gold back. Me and my husband need a kick start in our career with halal not haram.
Please make me clear on this because i don’t want to pursue if in any little way its related to soud (ثود).

According to Ghamidi sahib, one can take a loan from a bank for one’s needs whatever they are, and pay interest, as God has not condemned the one who pays the interest.
