  According to Ghamidi sb, Islam gradually wanted to eradicate the institution of slavery. Then why this never happened and slavery persisted? @UmerQureshi @faisalharoon @Irfan76

  For the same reasons Caliphate ended in first 40ish years and Riba still exists today
