Name Meaning Mihaal
Our relatives want to name their new born girl “Mihaal” (As in “Wallahu shadeed ul mihaal”).
I looked up Islam360 and advised them against it.
But I’m not sure what it’s meaning is. Can someone please educate me?

Quran 13:13:
وَ یُسَبِّحُ الرَّعۡدُ بِحَمۡدِہٖ وَ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ مِنۡ خِیۡفَتِہٖ ۚ وَ یُرۡسِلُ الصَّوَاعِقَ فَیُصِیۡبُ بِہَا مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ وَ ہُمۡ یُجَادِلُوۡنَ فِی اللّٰہِ ۚ وَ ہُوَ شَدِیۡدُ الۡمِحَالِ ﴿ؕ۱۳﴾
…thunder, because of God’s fear, extols Him together with glorifying Him and angels too in this manner extol and glorify Him because of His fear. He sends thunderbolts. Then strikes them on whomsoever He wishes [at times right in the state] when they are disputing about God. In reality, He has great power.
The word الۡمِحَالِ in this verse is used to refer to God’s might or power.
