Can get a little elaboration on that please, that at which point it can be said that at this point it doesn’t remain just only the free will in the instinct which ever animal has but goes to the free will on what God said humans His “khalifa”?

When there is a matter of choice, it is free will to decide. Our fee will may be influenced by many factors in our subconscious, still our conscious can tell us apart if we deliberate why we made a certain decision. When comes the matter to choose good and bad, it is obvious that our will is free to choose. Free does not mean that we are free from emotion. This the conflict between emotion, desires and intellect and conscience.
