Okay then Can you please tell me about surah An-Nur ayat 19
What is it about?
Verily, those who like that Fahishah should be circulated among those who believe, they will have a painful torment in this world and in the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you know not.
And does this ayat implement all times of people

The verse is in a particular context when certain people were trying to spread vulgarity amongst Muslims in the state of Madina. The applicability of punishment for the culprits is of course for all times.

So can we say media can be a part of it? if there is intimacy or kissing scenes in a story specially in muslim country they are doing the same right? Punishment will be applicable right

Anyone who spreads evil, more particularly vulgarity in this instance, shall be punishable by God.
