Are Wearing Hyderabadi Chest Jewelry Allowed, When The Chest Is Covered?
I’ve Hyderabadi background through my father’s side, and I have a question regarding the chest jewelry. Ghamidi Sahab (ha) said that the breasts are also private parts and should be covered further he also said in a session that a woman should not wear high jewelry, Infront of non-Mahram, but if she wears she should be covering her whole body (excl. face, hands and the feets). My question is that can we wear the Hyderabadi jewelries on our chest when the chest is fully covered even with wearing the veils, is this casual jewelry or not.
Now I am providing some pictures of princess Dürrüşehvar Hanimsultan (ra), to describe my question, she was always wearing the çader (chadar) on her top, is that allowed, can we follow our culture?

It is to be asked from the culture if it is casual or not. Apparently it seems not casual.
