Is Veil Between God And Mankind Necessary For Test And Trial?
Ghamidi sb maintains that the veil between God and mankind is necessary for this world to be a place of test and trial, for if there were no veil, no human would have dared to do anything wrong and would have remained humbled by His presence (just like angles). But what about Iblees then? There was no veil between him and God, but he still disobeyed. Isn’t this a contradiction? It means the trail could have taken place for humans even without veil just as it took place for Iblees. Please guide @UmerQureshi @faisalharoon @Irfan76

Yes, human being too has the capacity to disobey God even if they had seen him. The Quran says that after watching the Hell, those who will be sentenced to Hell, will implore to send them back, they will be obedient. God says, if they were sent back they would do the same again.
However the test of intellect will be over if this veil is not there. This is the foremost test, God wants to hold.
