    Khwaja Saras are the creation of Allah. This is an oppressed class of people who are normally abused and suppressed by normal people. This is a grave sin in Islam.

    If the act is designed to give adult khwaja Saras choice to select a gender after a medical exam it is determined that they have both male and female parts, then this the most noble effort.

    The bill may have flaws. This does not mean to ignore the issue of Khwaja Saras. The bill needs to be improved.

      اگر کوئی شخص 18 سال سے پہلے ہی یہ سوچ لے کہ وہ اپنا اندراج مرد کی حیثیت سے کروانا چاہتا ہے یا عورت کی حیثیت سے تو اسے ایسا کرنے کا پورا اختیار ہے. پاکستان میں نہ ہی تو کوئی میڈیکل ٹیسٹ کروانے کی ضرورت ہے اور نہ ہی کوئی اور طریقہ ہے آپ جو لکھوانا چاہیں لکھوا سکتے ہیں. تو اس قانون پر اتنا شور کیوں کیا جا رہا ہے. جیسا کہ اپنی جنس کا تعین تو ہمیشہ سے شخص کے ہاتھ میں ہی ہے.

      Alhamdulillah, Allah nay bohat acha bnaya h I’m just counter questioning k is tarah to sb ka he medical hona chahiyay, koi bhi glt gender likhwa skta ha.

      Gender is normally determined by doctors and written on the birth certificate when an infant is born. An infant doesn’t decide his or her gender. So no medical is needed for everyone to verify gender. Only when an adult wants to change a gender a medical exam should be necessary to determine if the person is trying to change gender because of sexual orientation due to lifestyle or psychological issues or if a Khwaja Sara with both gender organs is realizing in his or her adult hood that he is either a women or a man regardless of looks and voice.

      In the first case above no gender change should be allowed. In the case of Khwaja Saras, it should be allowed once when adult (because parents or doctors may have chosen a wrong gender when Khwaja Sara was an infant).

      In extreme rare cases in unusual circumstances a Khwaja Sara should be allowed the gender change second time in the adulthood in such cases as if the first time he/she was forced or he/she through medical treatment was able to transform into a single gender person.

    janab ghamidi sahab ki is topic pe video deekhne par kuch confusion hai vo ye ke agar koi mard apne aapko aurat kehne se aurat nahi banjata hamara mushahida or ilm usy mard hi manega to ye principle sirf yaha pe hi kyu apply hota hai jabki koi apne ko muslim kehta hai or akhiri nabi ko akhiri nahi manta yaha pe ilm or mushahidy se kaam nahi liya jata ye formula kyu apply nahi hota yaha pe kehty hai ke ye khuda ki sunnat hai ki jo apne ko muslim kahe akhiri nabi ko akhiri na manne ke bawajood to ham bhi usy muslim kahe to jo apne ko aurat kahe mard hone ke bawajud to ham bhi usy aurat kahe

    thoda off topic aap kehsakty hai iske liye mazerat chahungi lekin hame lagta hai ki physical fact or belief ke sahi rasty par na hone se ham ghalat rasty ke bht qareeb hojate hai ya shayad hote hai,relate is tarha hai ki jab koi kehne ki bina par khud ko jo chahe kahe or hame bhi vahi maan lena chahiye ye baat durust nahi lagti yaha pe bhi mushahida or ilm ki bina par hi faisla hona chahiye jaise ustaad ghamidi sahab ne is topic pe bayan diya,jitna zaruri physical fact hai utna hi zaruri belief hai or ye bhi ustaad se hi seekha hai ki kisi bhi frame me qaid hoke na soche khud ko frame me rakhne se baat usi tarha samjhnge jaise vo frame samjhayega is liye zarori hai ki sabka ahteram karty hue baat rakhe or samjhe.

    nadeem sahab shayad aapko nahi pata ye baat hamne khud nahi kahi scholar ki taraf se aayi hai mera latast forum deekhiye surah nisa ayat 136,ham bhi janab ghamidi sahab ko bht pasand karty hai lekin kuch baato se hairani hui hai
