This question is previosuly asked by someone But the responses were not clear and not directly to the verse it was mentioned ; that in Quran it was said to that 3rd man who witnesses that the 2 prophets that were send to those people , after they had killed him, that enter Jannah, and he said if only my people knew.

    This verse says enter Jannah!

As we know Ghamdi saab explained that Paradise and Hell are not yet in existence.

How is This man , This martyr already in Jannah?

Can someone explain this verse to me because Im still confused upon it?

    Thank you .

Quran describes future events in the past tense at many places. For example read the dialogue of God with Christ at the end of Sura al Maidah, from verse 116 onwards. This is a literary tool. Like we call a person doctor whose degree is in process and it the matter of time to get his degree. The man of Yasin was given the good tidings of Jannah but he will enter into it on the day of judgement. meanwhile he might be enjoying the hospitality of God.

Thank you brother for the explanation. I should study arabic to get rid of confusions.
