If it is ethically wrong, so it is wrong. and a Muslim needs to avoid it for his or her purification

So if it would be called ethically wrong then on what basis, because apparently i don’t see anything in it from Quran 7:33?

Under ithm category. In exams you cannot cheat that is the policy. Hence you violate the right of others who do not cheat and you go against the the rules.

When an institute, especially educational one, takes you in as a member. You are becoming part of a contract where you will follow its rules including the anti-cheating policy which exists in every educational institute out there. It is against the right of others to violate the part of this contract when you sworn to obey its rule, it is against the right of others to deceive them (by cheating in a test and gaining scores that are not rightfully earned based on the system given by the institute), it is against the right of others that you may gain a position in the institute through cheating that could have been someone elses’ who did not cheat at all.
