Is it halal or allowed to have sex with both or both 3 of them at the same time? In one room?
In other words are trios allowed in islam if you have 3 or 4 or 2 wives.

No, it is haram.
Because the wives are married to the husband, the wives aren’t married to each other. It is considered sinful to be naked among others and since there is chance for even more lewd behavior between the same sexes, it is clearly forbidden.
