3. What is right way to handle someone aggression, enmity and harm who is hating a person for simply having a different thought process to understand islamic rulings ?

It is a kind of arrogance that makes a man hate others whether they are different in faith, creed, color, or language, that one is better than them.
One needs to consider the differences in perception, intellect, opportunities, etc., are the facts created by God. The only objectionable thing is knowingly and advertently adhering to falsehood and immorality.
