Words are always understood in their context. Without you providing a reference from the Quran or some other context I am afraid that your question cannot be answered. With that said, I am not aware of the word Saaniyasnain anywhere in the Quran. Given that it’s written in English alphabet, however, it might be just because I am not pronouncing it correctly.
